1. Post Name: Young Professional – Information & Technology (YP – IT)

No of posts: 1

Location: State Mission Management Unit (SMMU)

Age limit: Within 30 years of age

Salary: Rs. 26,000/- per month

Essential Qualification:

1. Degree in B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BSc. Computer Science or IT/BCA/MCA from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in Data Entry and MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting.
3. Proficiency in MIS software systems and tools, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
4. Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.
5. Proficiency in Troubleshooting & Support

Desirable:
1. Application Programming- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications with practical knowledge.
2. Experience in the Development and maintenance of websites and web-based applications.
3. Data Analysis- Knowledge of assessing and evaluating MIS Data

2. Post Name: Young Professional – Communication (YP – COM)

No of posts: 1

Location: State Mission Management Unit (SMMU)

Age limit: Within 30 years of age

Salary: Rs. 26,000/- per month

Essential Qualification:
1. Degree in Mass Media and Mass Communication from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in the Media and Communications sector,
3. Proficiency in writing and editing articles, press releases, social media content, marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.
4. Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.

Desirable:
1. Familiarity with Knowledge Management practices, systems, and tools, including how to capture, share, and utilize knowledge within an organization.
2. Experience in roles focused on internal and external communication, such as communications, public relations, or content creation.

3. Post Name: Young Professional – Food, Nutrition, Health, and Wash (YP – FNHW)

No of posts: 12 (1 post per district)

Location: District Mission Management Unit (DMMU)

Age limit: Within 30 years of age

Salary: Rs. 26,000/- per month

Essential Qualification:

1. a. Post Graduate Degree in Education, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, Social Work, Nursing, or related field from a reputed University/ Institution.
b. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Health or Social/ Rural Development.
or
2. a. Degree in Education, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, Social Work, Nursing, or related field from a reputed University/Institution.
b. Minimum 3 years experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Health, or Social/ Rural Development.
3. Strong Analytical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.

Desirable:

1. Familiarity with Govt. Programs and Policies Related to Early Childhood Development.
2. Experience working with Rural Communities, preferably in Meghalaya or North Eastern States.

Method of Recruitment:

The shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail and subjected to undergo the multi-modal selection process, which will include a preliminary examination that will test the verbal, quantitative, and analytical abilities of the candidates and thereafter, a group discussion, skill test, and /or any such other tests as MSRLS may decide. The screening of the candidates will take place at every stage of the examination. The preliminary examination will be held at Shillong.
